Why I Created a Course for Young Lawyers

Writing "The Thirties' Reboot" was a journey of looking inward and sharing the lessons I've learned about navigating life's challenges. It reinforced my belief that true fulfilment comes from not only growing ourselves but also helping others grow.

This belief is what sparked my latest project. For years, I've seen brilliant, ambitious law graduates enter the profession full of theoretical knowledge but lacking the practical playbook to navigate the complexities of a real law firm or courtroom. I remember that feeling of uncertainty well.

It led me to ask: How can I share my journey—the successes, the failures, the hard-won lessons—to make their path a little clearer?

The answer is the Certificate in Legal Practice Foundations, a course I have co-created with my colleague Vanessa Singh and in partnership with the esteemed Asian School of Cyber Laws and Vidhi 360.

This isn't just a course; it's the mentorship I wish I had. We delve into the practical skills that are essential for success: courtroom etiquette, law firm dynamics, effective drafting, and building a career with intention.

My mission with this project is simple: to help the next generation of legal professionals transition from student to practitioner with confidence and clarity. If you are a young lawyer or law student ready to build a strong foundation for your career, I invite you to join us.
